Drivers Acard Hard Disk Controller

I went into Event Viewer and see that there is frequently the same error on Harddisk 1 and Harddisk4----BUT I only have 1 harddrive in my computer and have never had more than 1 harddrive.
It shows that 'disk' is the source of Event 11
and the details state:
'The driver detected a controller error on DeviceHarddisk4DR4'
OR
'The driver detected a controller error on DeviceHarddisk1DR1'
There have been 359 instances of this error over the past 24 hours.
The other frequent error is: Event 1002 Source Dhcp Client
'The IP address lease 192.168.1.6 for the Network Card with network address 002268055E38 has been denied by the DHCP server'
My system does get some BSODs, though not daily, only once or twice a week, but it seems obvious that something is amiss if the Event Viewer shows so many daily errors--or do all computers have a large number of errors daily in the event viewer?
Thanks, in advance.
Drivers Acard Hard Disk Controller
  1. Chances are that the hard disk drives and solid state drives connected to your computer are using SATA. As of right now, most devices use the latest SATA 3 protocol for proper drive functions. Unlike IDE which uses parallel signaling, SATA uses serial signaling due to which the S in SATA stands for serial.
  2. Connect the SATA signal cables to SATA hard drives and the Intel® Chipset controlled SATA ports (SATA3 05) on the motherboard. Then connect the power connectors from your power supply to the hard drives. Or install your M.2 SSD(s) in the M.2 connector(s) on the motherboard.

The disk controller (or 'hard disk controller') is the circuit which allows the CPU to communicate with a hard disk, floppy disk or other kind of disk drive. Early disk controllers were identified by their storage methods and data encoding. They were typically implemented on a separate controller card. Modified frequency modulation (MFM) controllers were the most common type in small computers.
